My dad loved to do that. He would tilt the pan and spoon splash the oil over the yolks to cook off the slimy white part. He died when he was 58.

I left out the part where he chain smoked filterless cigarettes and drank like a sailor.

Why no George Foreman Grill option?

I could choose other, but really feels like it deserves a dedicated choice.

I usually just buy the already cooked bacon that you just have to microwave. Give it a good 30 seconds and slap it on my BLT because I'm lazy.

When I cook bacon for real I always bake. It tastes delicious that way. Most of the things I cook are baked.

I used to pan fry exclusively until I tried baking about a year ago. No going back. I can't eat it as much as I'd like to now, but I will DEFINITELY bake when I do.

I have a feeling Shane is giddy with people saying they're going to bake

This seems like it would be the worst kind of bacon. In my experience, there is only a select few types of bacon that are good.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

It's not bad. The wife typically has some on hand for when we only need a few pieces
