Thanks for the report, it's great.

    Is White an NFL QB?
Sorry about that. I typed it on a email then copied and pasted, my work PC doesn't work well with this site or some reason. I actually liked White. I didn't know anything about him going in but he looked pretty good at times. Very good kid too in person, talked to him for a couple of minutes at the end of the meet and greet on Friday.

Is this like the cartoons where they paint a tunnel on the side of a mountain and the train crashes?

Mo, assume for a moment that he can be a professional in the traditional sense - he's smart enough and will work hard.

    Are you still off him?

Mo gets off on all guys
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

That would be a big assumption.

Mo, I kind of want us to blow up the roster and start anew.

maturity is a legit question mark with mayfield, but work ethic isn't. . . he didn't go from a walk-on at texas tech to starting at oklahoma, winning the heisman and going to the playoffs without working hard. . . he was a midget afterthought who's never been handed anything at any level. . . he's basically a self-made prospect-- there's no hype machine for 6 foot QBs. . . i have no idea whether he has the mental make-up to succeed, but his work ethic is the last thing i'd worry about. . .

Dog, does this mean we're in true sync and riding together?

potentially. . . i just don't think we have enough young or prime years talent to do an effective re-load unless we land that solid veteran quarterback. . . if we're going to build around a rookie, i highly doubt that guys like DT are still going to be playing at a high level by the time he's ready. . . if we bring in captain kirk, he's ready to play at a high level while we can still get something out of stars like von and chris harris, and we might be able to patch the rest. . . if we have to spend several years developing a kid, i simply don't see enough quality young talent on hand to grow along with him. . . we may as well blow everything up, collect as many assets as possible, and use them to hopefully put a better young core in place around the new guy, and set ourselves up to have cap space when he's hitting his prime. . . that's what gives us the best odds, IMO. . .
