Along with depth at LB, DL CB and S....might be a little tricky. Not saying the depth has to be pricey, but it's still a lot on the list.

This tweet, coming from Klis, strikes me as Elway & Co. trying to create a trade market for the #5 pick. I just don't believe we're going to take a QB at #5, with Lynch and Kelly on the depth chart, and paying Keenum $18 million for the next two years. It's not an impossibility, but I don't see it.

Ok here's the deal. Is there any surefire QB who has set himself apart from the others? Anyone in this draft that was hyped up as much as Goff and Wentz? I'd say no. Does Elway really want to whiff at pick 5 on a bust QB? I don't think he does. I can see him trading back with the Bills and picking up more draft picks.

We probably will take a QB but I think it will come later in the draft. One of these guys will fall, they always do.

...and one thing I didn't know was this is the 2nd time he tore this ACL - and from draft reports he didn't have a lot of speed to begin with and there was some concern about whether or not he'd get separation in the pros. This team definitely needs help at this position in the worst way - hope he pans out but seems like very much a dice roll.

I don't know Rick, Keenum has had to deal with the next guy in line his entire career so I don't know if it will bother him that much. I'm saying he likes or that he's complacent about it, I just think he knows how to deal with it.
