Default Matt Nagy Hired as Bears' HC

I just read that the Bears hired Matt Nagy as their new Head Coach. Since he has coached for the KC Chiefs for several years and was their OC for the last year or two, who better to ask whether he was a good hire than Broncos fans who watched their team play his team twice every year. Do you think he was a good hire by the Bears?

That's somewhat of a relief because I was like who is Matt Nagy?? Thus, I am glad that I'm not the only NFL fan who thought that. My initial reaction is that the Chiefs under Reid and Nagy seemed to abandon the run much too frequently for my liking. In the Chiefs loss to the Titans, didn't the Chiefs ONLY run the ball with Kareem Hunt something like five times in the second half?? When you're up by the lead they had at half time and have a running back who had such a successful season, you feed them the ball in the second half to use clock and wear the defense out IMO.

Chicago is probably hoping he is another Pederson.
“Absolutely, I can help, not just protection-wise but in the run game. That’s something that I take a lot of pride in,” Green said. “It’s something I feed of off. I love to hit. I’m smiling right now – just the thought of hitting somebody is a great feeling.”
