Here’s hoping this schism turns into a festering wound the likes of which takes many decades to recover from. Bring on the ruin!

Like 1990 when you went 1-15, that 1 win being against the Cards

One of the commentators on the Cards' flagship radio station said exactly what he thought about the hometown franchise after that lose (for them, win for you). The Cards' owner at the time, Bill Bidwell, retaliated by revoking his press pass

Yet arguing either aren’t the best of all time is increasingly difficult. It’s infuriating. I don’t think it’s needed, but another trophy this year and I’m resigned.

Mike Reiss of ESPN addressed this question this morning. He said the Patriots never called the Browns to up the ante because when NE traded Jaime Collins to the Browns in 2016 the process was very arduous, they were a pain in the ass and NE could not trust their ability to remain secretive.

Thus they didn't get an offer due to their incompetence which was confirmed when they didn't file paperwork in time for AJ McCarron this year.

Not what I’ll remember them for.

Hey. I'll agree that Deflate-gate was nonsense. Brady should never have gotten 4 games for essentially refusing to let his employer go through his phone.

Destroying evidence. Always a sign of innocence.

So a grown man is supposed to turn over his personal cell phone to his employer, why exactly?

To prove innocence and avoid suspension. Not a court of law. Goodall had every right to suspend for not complying.

That was collectively bargained, I might add.

Goodell being able to suspend for any reason, yes. Having the ability to go through a player's phone was not.
