Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)

Sporting a new shirt from my friends band No/Mas. Feeling good, looking... good i guess. Much better than before though so that is definitely a plus. Still trying to get down to my goal weight but feeling much better.

    Im about 5'11 to 6'0.

Even though i had weight loss surgery to help lose some weight i actually dropped most of it by changing my eating habits. I cut out soda completely, instead of using beef (generally with chili) i replaced it with turkey meat and it doesnt taste that much different. Eat more salads, still eat a lot of protein like steak, cheese is ok. I cut out a lot of sugar and replaced stuff like that with stuff like Enlightned Ice Cream or Briars has their own version of the low calorie ice cream. Also i try to get to the gym at least 3 times a week with about 30 minutes on the eliptical and obviously use some weights with the machine bench press and ab machines. The past year has changed my life tremendously for sure but i would recommend for those who dont qualify for weight loss surgery to try to change the eating habits, that is the biggest difference that i saw as i dropped 65 pounds in 3 months prior to the surgery by just doing that. i dont eat fast food of any kind anymore.

Damn I missed this cause I took about a 2-3 year or longer break from here (no comments required or desired about that),,anyhow North that is great that you did so well.I watch that show on TLC and I know you weren't as big as the people on there but it is amazing the results on some people.

I would love to lose 15-20 lbs and cannot get myself motivated for that but anyhow Congrats!!! You look great!
