This team has talent and a good amount yet it is a hot mess. They are not playing up to potential and that is coaching issue.
Siemian had his shot to bounce back after being benched and flopped. He should be shut down as starter for good. Maybe Vance though he would teach Siemian a lesson on ball control to bench but obviously it is just how he is.
Really sucks lynch got injured. But I do not see how Elway can not look at a QB in this draft right now being so high with pick.
Must've liked that film he watched:

Vance Joseph on @OrangeBlue760: "Offensively, we ran the ball good. ... I was proud of McGovern of how he played, and Stephenson making his first start in a while. Obviously our passing game wasn't as good."

Coach Joseph to @OrangeBlue760: "We chose these players. I have no excuse when it comes to the talent on this football team. Right now, we have no excuses."
Yeah, why bother changing anything. This team is a lost cause for now, and nothing can be fixed. Might as well just set tee times and let it play out, or whatever. The care-level from top to bottom is non-existent at this point.
lol - You'll rarely get something like that from me, but I've always found it so funny, and it fits like a glove . . .
That's just the deal. I don't know why there wasn't blood coming from their eyes after that.
It was the perfect opportunity to rise up and kick some tail . . .

I think the point of the onside kick was to practice that play in a situation where there was no risk of actually losing the game.
Or, maybe Gase just thought it was funny. I know I did.
