How is/was my post thinly veiled smack?

I had heard several different commentators discussing the firing and was curious what Broncos fans thought of the firing and the commentators' thoughts. Tned, Shazam and Buff raised good points that I wasn't aware of or hadn't thought of. I now understand and agree with the argument that McCoy should have adjusted his play calling to account for the OL's issues. Helping the OL with TEs, RBs, chipping the rushers before running their routes, etc.

I also agree that VJ fired McCoy to extend his time as the HC because no matter how bad McCoy has been, it is indisputable that the Broncos special teams have been worse and that their special teams coach should have been fired long before McCoy.

Yeah, or maybe McCoy mailed it in because he was butthurt after stepping down from HC and having to serve a younger up and comer. Took the easy paycheck despite having checked out mentally. Theories abound.

i think occam's razor swings more towards the "our quarterbacks all really suck" narrative, though. . .

McCoy found a way to win with Teblow yet he couldn't adapt an offense for our qbs... while our qbs do suck, I think McCoy wss as much of a problem
