what will the Broncos be offering the Colts in the off season?
A top 10 pick and Lynch.
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
We can throw in the pair of Brocks too.
Probably.
Patrick wont be hurt by this, if anything the actual person who made the comment would be hurt the worst which undoubtedly would be Irsay who made the comment whether it was in confidence or not. You cant have the owner of the team calling you out whether its publicly or privately. Secondly, the fact that Irsay was in a hurry to shove Peyton out the door and draft his replacement tells me all i need to know about that guy.
Put even the best young QB behind nonexistent protection with no ground support to relieve the pressure of constant 3rd and long and the only thing he'll "develop" into is an injury prone paranoiac. How good was Andrew Lucks dad with the Oilers? About as good as Peyton Mannings dad with the Saints; then they switched teams and nothing else changed. How good did a rookie late midround Dak Prescott look with Leary and the rest of the Cowboys line blocking for him while Zeke let him live in 2nd and short, and how does he look now? It's easy to pity Luck, but he's merely the latest in a long LONG line of college QBs with such high and versatile talent it guaranteed them a stillborn career with someone like the Browns or Jets (though, ironically, one of the few things Cleveland had over the last decade was decent blockers.)
Andrew Lucks biggest problem is the vacuum in Jim Irsays head.
Oh, valid point. I thought you meant all starters, you should take the time to be more descriptive, don't be shy. —Jaded
