Had he left in 2016, he would have been in the same level as Paxton in the eyes of NFL scouts which means he would have likely gone in the top 3 rounds.

He's a good prospect, he has the talent and ability, his off-field antics held him back. If he's matured and gotten them under control, he's got first round talent and arm. His head was always the issue (that and the fact that he got injured) Don't get hung up on his draft pick.Farrell’s Take: Kelly is a wild card.
