I won't be shocked if he gets an interview or two. But as bad as he was as a HC, I can't see him getting poached this off-season, no matter how impressive the turnaround has been. After all, Evero had this same roster playing elite level football last year. And speaking of EE. . . if Vance did happen to get hired away, we could probably just bring Ejiro back. Can't imagine many of those Panthers coaches will be retained. Besides, we need VJ to stay at least one more year so we can get that compensatory third round pick when he does leave.
