I'd like to say you are right, but listen to what Elway's been saying. Look at it this way, we went from double digit blowouts to just barely losing. Now I know and you know that we're barely losing because VJ's shooting himself in the foot, but I actually do feel like Elway's going to see it as an excuse to let him continue because he's "growing as a coach" which really means, he's got more talent around him this year than last year, but still screwing it all up.

Elway just sounds way to content and accepting of where we are right now.

I have no idea why anyone puts any stock into anything someone working with an American sports team has to say about their team

I have hardly ever listened to one honest, interesting or sincere interview with anyone in the NFL. Except Marshawn Lynch maybe hoodie and a few others.

Elway, as much as I love him just turns out the same old tripe

VJ will be lucky to see the end of the season, but no chance is he here in Jan. If elway wasn't worried about scaring away other candidates, VJ would already be a memory

I expect he's going be fired, but now looks it like Joseph going to be able stay until the end of the season.
