I still want him fired, but you have to give him credit. The pass rush was back and effective once he took over playcalling this week.

Which means, while VJ is inept, he's not as inept as Joe Woods.

I hard consider nearly 300 yards rushing "playing the way it should"

We played the pass well in the second half. Pretty much everything else sucked harder than Josh McDaniels in a gay bar.

The Broncos defense played two of the best scoring offenses in the NFL and gave their team a chance.

Listening to the Clay Travis show, and he has a guy named Alex Marvez on, who I guess is an NFL insider, and he had an interesting little tidbit. He said he was talking to John Elway at broncos camp this summer and Elway told him "I wish kubiak was still our coach, but he just can't physically do it".

That's pretty interesting on two fronts. First of all, he's clearly not impressed with VJ whatsoever. Second, that kinda blows apart the theory that Elway pushed kubes out and used the health thing as an excuse.

This analyst seemed to think VJ will be gone if we lose Thursday.
