I 100% agree with this post.

Elway talked this year about how Keenum restored hope to the team... He mentioned how last year some of the losses would snowball because guys had lost faith in the QB position's ability to be able to bring them back.

That's how I feel about VJ. It's hard to keep losses in perspective because I don't have any reasonable belief that we'll correct the issues. I will have a hard time believing in this team until he's gone.

With Kubiak or Shanny we could go 8-8 but you thought that if we could get to the playoffs then we'd have a chance against the best teams. I don't really give us any shot against the best teams with this coaching staff.

Same. I've known my wife for 7 years and I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've seen her wear makeup.

While clicking on this thread, I never thought there would be a conversation about make-up in it
