Every time the camera points at VJ it further destroys his career, the guy looks clueless and lost.

Only the Browns match that futility. Throw in 3 HCs in the last 4 years and should rightfully be 4 in 5 years If VJ gets What he deserves. It has to be discussed even If it is uncomfortable.

Honestly, Elway should step down as GM and hire the right guy. I'm willing to give him one more chance at hiring a coach, but this next draft pick has to be a difference maker or we risk sliding into a 5 year hole.

If I remember correctly, we did want him as DC and the Bengals wouldn't let him interview. But they couldn't stop him from interview as HC, which he did. This is from January of 2015:

Part of the lack of probowls has to do with FA success. Would Ray be a pro-bowler if they didn't have Ware in front of him? Would Roby if they didn't have Talib?

I don't think he's had great success in the draft, specifically the O-line and QB, which are big misses, but you have to factor in FA success when looking at pro-bowlers and whether FAs have kept the draft picks from getting the playing time needed to get to pro bowl.

Rumors on Twitter are saying VJ is going to be fired today. Fingers crossed it's true. This has passed the point of embarrassing and reached the point of pathetic.

I know many are hoping, some are mixed, because as bad as the team has been under VJ, virtually every team that does the revolving door coach thing winds up becoming long-term cellar dwellers.

I think we also become a long-term cellar dweller if we keep a coach who is clearly in over his head. He might be a good coach at some point, so what, we give him five years to see? No....
