They are a team of destiny. Harden is arguably having the best season in the modern NBA era, and Paul doesn't have to carry a team, which he can't. Harden won't be gassed like he was last year. Greatest guard duo ever? If they win it all, they'll be legends.

Lol, this Boston-Washington game is so Eastern Conference. A Celtic just bricked a free throw to win at the end of OT after a turnover that should have won the game for Washington...
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Neither team would be more than a six seed in the West. Washington probably wouldn't make it. I think Boston would be a seven or eighth seed.

    Wall and Irving are out.

It's kinda exciting that Cleveland-Golden State doesn't feel inevitable this year. Both conferences feel like they could be taken.

Then they'd win 20 games in the West.

True or false: LeBron's legacy will take a bigger hit if he were to drag to awful Cavs team to the finals and lose to Golden State again than if they were to get bounced by, say, Philly in the playoffs.

20 years from now it will still be about performance in the finals, so another L in that column would hurt more. That doesn't mean I agree with the logic. Ultimately at this point in his career it doesn't matter what happens in the season unless it's a ring. Oh, you lost in the finals again? Eh. You're what you are. Oh, an upset in the early rounds? Eh, you are what you are. I'd care if LBJ's team lost to an eighth or seventh seed that was without half it's bench and two top players, or something insane like that.

HIs legacy is set in stone as far as I'm concerned. Depending on your criteria he is a GOAT. I'd have him 2 behind Jordan but I know others might make the argument that LeBron was/is the better all around player.

    Joel Embiid is hilarious.

But that seconding coming of The Dream Shake is deadly.

The Heat and 76ers are putting on a show. Physical game.
