The Clippers just sent Blake Griffin to basketball purgatory. RIP.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

I don't really claim to understand NBA X's and O's very well, but I don't see how Griffin + Drummond take them to the promised land in today's NBA that is all about spacing and speed and shooting. But I also didn't get Boogie/AD and they were starting to make it work a little better before he got hurt.

This seems like a classic LA is sick of his shit and Detroit says, “**** it, our season has been going down the drain, let’s see what happens” trade.

By trading Griffin, Clippers just made their pre-emptive play for LeBron

He could have been special if he developed a post game. Now he's just a dunk guy who doesn't really play defense, doesn't work for rebounds, and wants to jack up threes.

    Such a wasted talent.

Bloated stats loser gets involved amidst meaningless drama while on his way to another disappointing playoff exit.

Did Westbrook steal a girlfriend of yours or something?

My initial reply was a tad bit more vulgar.
