The best team's LeBron has faced? All three times the Cavs faced the Warriors, they had an SRS over 10 (10.01, 10.38, 11.35, in consecutive years), and the worst team LeBron's team saw in the finals was the Mavs (4.41). LeBron's team has only had a better SRS than its opponent in the Finals twice in eight times. Jordan's team was by far the best team in the finals all six times. All of Jordan's teams opponents were under an 8 SRS rating. LeBron's teams have faced five teams with SRS greater than 8 in the Finals.

you know why you never hear dan marino mentioned as the greatest QB of all time? winning matters, a lot. . . rings >>> stats. . . if that fool hadn't killed mike's dad, his teams would have 8-peated. . . 8!! no one else can compare to that, and that's why i think this is a dumb argument. . . only jordan could stop jordan-- lebron hasn't achieved that level of dominance, and neither has anyone else. . .

also, no way in hell should the spurs (with zero active superstars!) have beaten the big three heat in their prime. . . that is crazy talk. . . dwayne wade was far superior to anyone on that spurs team. . .

Anyone who says "it's not even close....cuz rings" is disqualified from the debate as far I'm concerned. Unless you're willing to conceed that Terry Bradshaw was a better QB than Elway....cuz rings.

[QUOTE=dogfish;2758510]jordan was a stone cold killa. . . he was utterly unstoppable once he hit his prime-- he transcended the competition. . . lebron hasn't. . ./QUOTE]

That Spurs team had three Hall of Famers, maybe four.

The GOAT argument is dumb and will never be agreed upon.

Except in Elway's case, of course.

Nope, only 2 rings, losing record in super bowls, not the goat.

He's going to get in. He's a borderline guy with rings.

Allen is older than Duncan. Wade is older than Parker. Bosh is older than Kawhi.

Would you like to try again?
