I would argue that no other teams really "tried it out". I also think this argument leaves a lot to be desired. Coaches play the odds for the most part. The odds on tebow were long, but that doesn't mean much. It's a fun "what if" game, but not much more than that.
The odds on Brady were crazy long. Look how that worked out.
So, on topic, It's not fair but Williams' career in New Orleans will be remembered for that play. No matter how good the kid plays in the future, that fate is sealed, just as Rahim's was. Fans dont forget something so egregious. I actually heard a dude in rouses (grocery store) this morning arguing with his buddy that her three the game on purpose. Unfortunately if he wants to be remembered for anything else he'll have to go play elsewhere.
Where was Brady drafted and where was Tebow drafted?
One pick is worth a long shot, one is not.
You would also argue wrong. He was given chances, he proved not worthy. He played in NY and looked horrible enough in practice in NE that they, smartly, never put him on the field
ill never drop it!
Tebow 4 life!
Im hoping Jax pounds bradys old ass into the dirt and leaves the razor full of sobs and tears.
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
