That's unfortunately just typical fans. Everyone wants one specific person they can blame. They'll ignore all else if they have their one scapegoat punching bag. People want to bash Rahim Moore because he was the final one to screw up vs the Ravens, but no one wants to throw any guilt Champ Bailey's way for a complete and total inability to cover anyone (which put us in a position for it to come down to Rahim's play). And then of course there's Fox who just laid down and died like a lame dog in that game.
Most losses aren't one play, they are a series of bad plays that sometimes end in one final bad play, but the final bad play isn't the cause any more than any of the other events that led up to it are the cause, it's often a team effort.
Unfortunately, north is right, most people don't care to analyze any deeper than "that dude screwed the pooch, eff that guy!" Right or wrong, that's the only thing that fans are going to remember. Hopefully Saints fans treat him better than broncos fans treated Rahim Moore.
So much for that "extension." Maybe Mariota will have a coach that actually takes advantage of his skills next year (McDaniels has been heavily rumored there ...)

Titans and head coach Mike Mularkey mutually agreed to part ways this morning, league source tells @FieldYates .
But he only played against third stringers and is just another bum, right?
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...player-roster/When the Vikings activated Bradford, they also kept quarterback Kyle Sloter, an undrafted rookie from Northern Colorado, on the 53-player roster. That’s very unusual, as many teams don’t even keep three quarterbacks on their rosters, let alone four. But it’s a sign of how much promise the Vikings think Sloter has that they don’t want to release him from their roster now and risk some other team signing him
rest - http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/2...verlooked-themPITTSBURGH -- The Jacksonville Jaguars are headed to the AFC Championship game, but nobody wanted to talk about that after they beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 45-42 on Sunday at Heinz Field.
Jaguars players instead wanted everyone to know that they were upset about the way the Steelers supposedly looked past them in anticipation of a rematch with the New England Patriots. Pittsburgh running back Le'Veon Bell's tweet on Saturday night, in which he said the Steelers would beat the Jaguars, was seemingly the final insult that angered Jaguars players.
And boy, were some of them really angry.

So Josh McDaniels goes from being a favorite in Indianapolis....to being a favorite in Tennessee. McDaniels will be getting an HC job.

I'm sorry but anyone who claims cutting Sloter was not a mistake did not pay attention to our QB situation this season. We cut the one guy on our roster who looked competent. Yes it was preseason but he still looked better than anythiing else we had. Who wouldn't have loved to see Sloter play the last half of the season just to see what we had? Elway ****** up, which he has consistently done in regards to the QB position.
Let's Rid3!!!!
I think it was a mistake to cut him. But I also think it a mistake to bring him up like he was clearly the savior of the team.
He hasn't done anything meaningful at all yet. Can we at least wait for that before we rub our noses in the shit carpet?
