True, but that almost never gets called. They don't emphasize that part of the rule for whatever reason. And as GEM said, it was probably close enough to the RB not to matter regardless.

Doesn't matter, if there is a target in the area, it's not intentional grounding. The ball hit the ground a foot from the rb's foot.

Yep. Nothing in the rule states the WR has to be standing up or even facing the QB. Just has to be physically in the area.
