He can (and will) appeal. If they drag their feet, this could extend pretty far, but if the appeal is decided quickly, he will miss the game against us in week two. Changes the whole complexion of that game, IMO.

Will likely get dropped to 4 games, but yeah I forgot our game fell during that window - that's huge. Makes it slightly easier to deal with that he's my only keeper in my fantasy league.

I haven't looked into this that closely but weren't there some texts or something that pretty much proved he didn't do it? NFL has a lot of explaining to do here.

I won't be sad if he misses the game against us, but 6 games seems ridiculous.

I think that's the baseline domestic violence suspension. They must have felt like they had enough to use it, though with Goodell, you never really know what he's thinking.
