That was enjoyable, thank you for sharing. This was what my wife walked out to.

Schubert doesn't get enough love. Schubert is my guy.

You're right. He seems rather neglected in many discussions. But I love his stuff.

In fact, I'm going to play this for a while as I work.

Brahms Second Piano Concerto is my favorite piece ever. Wish I could play some of it!

My favourite piece to play is Mozart's Clarinet concerto, the slow movement.

I had the pleasure of seeing my brother perform in the Magic Flute a few months ago. Sarastro has a couple of fantastic arias - O Isis and Osiris in particular.

    Yes!

It's not my favorite piece, but it's my #1 favorite piano concerto.

Well known pianist Valentina Lisitsa playing Liszt. Looks as if she found an old piano in a depot
or lobby and is just passing time. Wish I could pass time like that . . .

Hey Top, can you think of a long piece (mostly piano) that is quiet and good to study with in the background?

Another one is Andreas Vollenweider. Here's his album "White Winds."
I have this in my collection. Good to find it on YouTube.
