Yeah, I think this is a shitty survey. Like, they don't know WTF they are doing.

40 percent of Americans live on the coast. No one's trying to take a survey to see if they landed in 'Idaho' or Indiana. Midwest farming states are all the same. And I saw that as a guy whose lived in them. Good god, boring curmudgeons!

Here's your new answer! You all live in South Dakota! IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT!?!?

If I'm understanding this correctly, I guess we'll never go on a duck hunt together.

My understanding is there's two halves to that state.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

When we lived in Washington state in the mid 2000's....there was petition to take western Wash/Oregon and eastern Wash/Oregon, and make them into individual states.

Counties in Western Oregon actually petitioned their state legislature last year to join Idaho because they don't believe they are represented by their state. I don't believe their attempt was successful

Yeah, I guess both state's western halves have tried every avenue, over the years, to split from the I-5 corridor.

It's the least favorite place my brother has even been. North Carolina is the better Carolina.
