Georgia and Alabama aren’t in the same division. I don’t believe it’s simplistic at all. Win your conference. Should be a minimum requirement if there’s only four spots. And if you can’t even win your division, that’s even worse. Don’t like it, win.

I have not. I love me some Leach though, so I'd like to see it.

First round games at higher seed's stadium which negates the wheeze that fans of great teams would have to travel three straight weeks. Also have first round in mid-December, second around New Year's and final the same week as NFL conference finals so players have two weeks in between each round to heal up, visit family and take exams.

If we had these five conference champs seeded as such:

1. Clemson
2. Oklahoma
3. Georgia
4. Ohio State
5. USC
added two wild cards
6. Alabama
7. Wisconsin
and the best of the non-Power 5
8. UCF

your first round would be:

UCF at Clemson
Wisconsin at Oklahoma
Alabama at Georgia
USC at Ohio State

Sounds good to me.

I think 4 teams is enough. You have 4 great teams and then about 5 or 6 good teams and then a bunch of not good enough's. Making it bigger and dragging it out even more would just give you more blowouts.

Bama deserves it over OSU, they simply do. The only loss came to a team that beat both #1's in consecutive weeks.

There are already stories afoot about how Ohio State got robbed - like none of them can remember 2016 when Ohio State robbed Penn State.

Yeah, OSU fans have zero reason to complain after getting in (some would argue undeservedly) each of the last two years.
