Actually, years ago is a relative term. Yes, a year is 365.25 days here on earth, but its only 87.969 earth days on Mercury.

So from the standpoint of Mercurians, this incident happened 2 1/2 years ago

I wonder what the legal drinking age is on Mercury.

Considering that it’s recommended that humans not drink alcohol in hot weather because it actually dehydrates us, we might be forbidden to drink it on Mercury. However, Mercurians may have an entirely different biological makeup. Therefore, they may not get drunk drinking alcohol, they may party hard with water.

    Did they legalize marijuana?

They've banned the importation of non-indigenous drugs.

Well, since there's no atmosphere on Mercury, if somebody tried to tell you you wouldn't be able to hear them!

BTW: If you go to Mercury remember to bring your thermal underwear because on the dark side of Mercury the temperature -280 degrees F. On the other hand, if you feel chilly you can go over to the sunny side, where the temperature reaches 800 degrees and will roast you to a nice crispy golden brown like a well done Turkey in about 15 minutes.

*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.
