The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
Oh, I see what you did there.
Well done! Sirens are off and now I am eating donuts.

That's exactly my take on things too. No team in the AFC West will get 12 wins this year. Maybe none will have a worse than 7-9 record either, so 7 to 11 wins for the entire division.
Raiders: They added a huge weapon in Marshawn Lynch. He should be fresh after a year out of football. However, their defense is still suspect outside Kalil Mack. The Broncos are about even with them because their QB is the best in the division but the Broncos defense is better.
Chiefs - I didn't see them improving in the short term. Maybe Pat Mahomes is a long term answer, but they gave up a lot to get him and some analysts think that DeShaun Watson was the only legitimate first round QB in the draft. It was a BAD year to need to draft a QB. Next year should be a lot better.
I think the Chiefs are taking a step back this year and might finish at the bottom of the division, which would not help Alex Smith's career.
If they try and start Mahomes, it will be bad.
Chargers - New coach, but they still have Phillip Rivers. Their defense still has a long way to go despite Joey Bosa. I'd say they are likely the most improved team in the AFC West. Mike Williams is a serious upgrade, but it usually takes WRs a while to make an impact. That's a good move though. He gives Phillip Rivers a legit #1 WR which they've lacked for a while. I see the Chargers winning maybe 2 more games this year, but they have a long way to go to win the division. Playing in front of 30,000 fans of other teams in a used soccer stadium in L.A. won't help. They would have to win about 15 games before anybody in LA would even notice.
They are probably in 4th place among the fans behind the Lakers, Rams & Clippers. Maybe behind MLS soccer when their new team starts in 2018. Really, nobody in LA wants or cares about the Chargers.
Overall I'd say the Broncos are better than last year, but that might not mean much. The only team in the AFC that really achieved lift off this offseason was the stinking Patriots. They got a boatload of veteran FAs and were very quiet in the draft, but if they can keep adding veteran stars that won't matter.
Oh, and they get Gronk back too which is not good news for anybody.
Quite true!
"Archduke Franz Ferdinand is reported to be in fine fettle of late. His highness, as he demands to be addressed, has been acting quite the cockerel according to European dispatches. He is planning a vacation in Sarajevo next season where he is expected to be seen boasting and strutting about, acting quite the fop, cutting a rakish profile, jutting forth his chin, and generally acting in a brash and untoward manner. "Will someone please be charged," he's quoted as saying recently "with keeping the dew off of my snuff box."
The Chargers fired Pagono and hired Gus Bradley. I think.
