And a new term is developed.

    Hernandezed- to be left hanging.

Here is an example of Tom Brady (Aaron Hernandez's teammate and BFF) being Hernandezed on the sidelines.
    Let's Rid3!!!!

    Finally killed the right guy.

Coward left his daughter with nothing as I'm sure this voids any life insurance he had. Probably why his lawyer is trying to say it wasn't suicide.

Btw, Jose Baez might be the same **** that defended Casey Anthony, there's another client of his that needs to be hung.

You just have to feel awful for his daughter. Not only does she grow up without a dad, but when she's old enough to really learn about it, she will have to live with what a monster he was.

Life Insurance policies are only contestable during the 1st two years of the policy.

If he had any, the policy will pay.

    That's categorical? You'd know, but that's a little surprising.

"Basically nothing. Just don't kill anyone."

I have tons of sympathy for those who loved him and those who were hurt by him, but that is about it. I will never understand choosing a lifestyle over a life.

Its good to be a gangsta.

    Until you get caught.

The memes that came out yesterday about this were unrelentless. Lol

I think there's a few states where the contestability period is only one year. But in most all it two years. After the contestability period they cannot refuse to pay a death benefit due to suicide.

And Life insurance companies won't issue for someone in prison. Obvious adverse selection issues.

So, since he's been in prison now for over two years I believe, then if he had some life insurance, it will have to pay a death benefit.

post-script: If a beneficiary murdered the insured so as to collect the death benefit, the life insurance company can refuse to pay the death benefit to the named beneficiary, but they would still pay the death benefit either to the insured's estate, or a successor beneficiary if named and also not compromised by the murder scheme.
