I like the talk of drafting a corner early.

I look at it this way. Imagine the 2017 draft class is just a bunch of scrubs who will never start in the NFL. Like, I know it's outlandish, but work with me. They are all scrubs. But 2016 and 2018 are good years, full of starters. My point is that in 2017 you draft NFL starters, not just dudes. This class has starting NFL CBs (probably a few pro-bowlers or all-pros in this mix, too) and those are pure gold like pro-bowl pass rushers. It's how we won a championship! So draft the starters, not the 'dudes.'

I haven't poured over CB tape like I have at other positions, but these are the dudes that I like at 52 (many will go in 1st round). Hopefully the Broncos look at the board in the third round and go 'dayum...this dude is still there?'

Robinson has basic balance issues. Let me translate that for you: Robinson can't stop speed rushers and is really a guard. Then again, I'm parroting my favorite analyst, so it's not like I'm dropping knowledge.

Ramcyzk is the best overall LT prospect. He's smart, he has the physical talent, and he's medically cleared. Wisconsin produces top flight offensive lineman. If we take him at 20 we're going to get a guy who at the very least is on par with Okung's performance last year. If that's the pick at 20 we had a good first round.

What if Ramcyzk doesn't play a snap in 2017 because his game isn't ready yet? That is the expectation with these OTs.

First round lineman don't eat bench. That kills their development. Ergo, that expectation cannot 'really' exist, imo. If that is 'true' then we should just sign King Dunlap and be done with it.

Then maybe he's not a first round lineman?

The tape and his physicals say otherwise, though. If you get a first round grade from Mayock you're a first rounder in my opinion.

Disagree 100% not even close. On all Aspects

Robinson is the best LT in the draft. I like Bolles personally a little more, but Robinson is a LT, stud and not a g.

Ramyczk sucks. He had 1 year, got beaten like a drum against taco, takkarist, etc....Know who didnt? Robinson. He also held of Myles Garrett! Ramzyk also has issues with football, injury........I did not know all of this til I talked to MUG, he pointed it out, I went back and he was right. Ramcyzk is not even close to the best anything OL in this draft. Not even close. Lamp is actually the best of the bunch, but people knock his 1/4" short arms. Robinson can mirror. Bolles can too. Ryan Ramz is no bueno. I see a bust.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

I've read people saying that Ram did fine against NFLesque competition. Cam is a running blocking guy with bad form...with balance issues. He's going to end up as either a guard or a right tackle. He's ten pounds off from being the next Andre Smith. Ram will outlast Cam at LT and have the better career. Cam will be out of the league in four or five years and have to do Sumo-wrestler porn.

I'm actually concerned about the 1st round this year for two reasons:

Weak crop of LT's and Elway's inability to draft talented offensive linemen. Recipe for disaster IMO. BPA or trade back.

Wouldn't be upset if he whiffed on a 2nd round prospect even though he seemingly has done so with many of his 2nd round choices.

That is a lot of projection.

Read that it's been revieled that Foster failed a drug test at the combine. He may just fall a bit. I hope to 20!!
