This means nothing. He wasn't removed because of security - it's apples to oranges. Great, they have authority, use it better. Great, they have authority, if it's not security related run a better business.

1.- it would not be in the masses best interest if this were to occur. It would lead to higher costs. It would allow for more people to fly SA. This means more deadheading which is what caused this. It also means fewer flights as the SAs will be using their routes and seniority to get to where they want to go. It will also cause fewer comp upgrades and higher costs to upgrade. This means business contract accounts will slow down due to increased costs. It will also cause more fees for dumb shit like pillows and ice in your drinks, etc.

    4. I would not say the airlines are inept at their jobs. This has been going on for every single flight, for every single airline for since before you were born. You are only now hearing about it. Thats not very inept. What is inept is that the certain airlines and their contracts do not allow the crew to fly each others metal. This leads to deadheading. Which has also been around since before you were born, and only now became an issue by the airport security on the regional carrier.

Would you pay money to go to a regular season broncos game- like the tailgate for ex? Yes, we all will. We want to go. Lets say that the NFL is inept at their job and they do not allow people to transfer or re-sell their tickets. If people cannot make the game, too bad. You cannot buy their seats, they cannot sell them. What do you think happens? The price of tix sky rockets! It is not better for the masses. That industry has it nailed down pretty well what works and does not. Everything purchased has a contract. People choose not to read them. As a lawyer you should understand and agree with that.
Thats a good premise but the two examples are entirely different. Once a flight/concert/game is booked full they are the same but a concert/game rely on fandom. A flight does not rely on fandom and in fact can fly with absolutely no passengers on the plane if the seats have all been paid for and United proved that by assaulting and beating an old man to free up a seat for a partner airlines employees. They know that people have no other choice so they feel they can do whatever they feel. It sounds alot like the mafia of the mid 1900's, "we tell ou what you need" mentality.

The best part of this entire story is the people that are defending the airline just because they get hard when they see a shiny metal object floating in the sky. If this was any other industry, these people would be crying a different tune, but its planes so he feels he needs to defend them for some ****** up reason.

Hey did I just see a F-22 in the sky, wait a sec while I masturbate in the street and dump all over this volkswagon. **** planes are cool and old Asian men are bitches

Amd if the plane flies without passengers costs go up.

I don't understand the rest of your post
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

    4. How can you not be adept when you have to removed customers from a flight because you need to give your employees seats? That's basic logistical planning - and even if you feel like it's not, failing to offer a compensation package that is attractive also fails miserably. I can see you issues with prong one, to an extent. This one, not too much. The comparison between the NFL scenario and this doesn't work. In one instance a fan is selling their seat, or is not being allowed to. In the other the airline is booting you. That's not an analogy.

So yeah, as it still stands, Joe's argument about 'the masses' is falling on its face.

Those fees would go up higher my friend.

I actually didn't even read the whole story so I may be amiss, but did the regional carrier not offer 1k worth of free flight benefits plus hotel and flight the next day, or a later flight on a different carrier. I believe that is what i saw. That's a pretty attractive offer.

Not saying they shouldn't have beefed it up more, as hey should have, but now we're are in semantics.
