I can't wait to go to England so I can jay walk. Then when a police officer tells me to stop I will say no to which he will reply "very well then, good day sir!" Am I getting this right Dave?
Just so I am clear, you all think that after buying a ticket, checking, boarding....... You should just get off because someone told you to, and you should have no recourse to dispute the fact?
How is that in anyway American?
And yes, if that happened in the UK, the police would have zero jurisdiction to enforce a bad policy made by a company
That is not a criminal matter.
Was that really police, not airline security?
I just can't compute how that happens or how people think it is acceptable.
And I guess we will never agree. So, fair play, if this is ok then so be it. Cultural relativism is important, and I respect that
Right.
It's basically: Sorry man, you aren't special. Our airline is shitty and overbooked, and somebody's gotta eat a shit sandwich, congrats, it's you. Thems the breaks. We'll give you some free shit. We get that you're mad, but have some ******* dignity and get off the plan like a civilized man so all the other people flying don't have to put up with something like, I dunno, being delayed several hours causing multiple people time, money, and headaches because we had to drag your bitch ass off our airplane because you refused not be a self centered **** waffle.
