    of any animal.

    bone in beef rib eye for me. heaven.

    Beef rib eye for me also. I also love me some a blackened New York Strip too.

    Filet obviously... I like a good ribeye, but they are too hit or miss for me, sometimes they can be too fatty... So I lean towards a strip over a ribeye for consistency, but a good ribeye is better than a good strip.

    Buff. One of the best steaks I've ever had had is a Bison ribeye. Not so fatty, very lean. You HAVE to cook it medium rare though, or else it gets dry.
