And I am not saying Trevor or Lynch are the answer. I just don't see Cutler bringing anymore to the table. I was probably one of Jays biggest supporters here during all of the drama. But through the years I have realized something, he just doesn't give a shit about winning. That's a problem.

Im just one of those people that feel the QB should take charge in those areas (ala Manning, Brady, Elway, etc). Sure, i think he still has some talent as an athlete but i still see him make the same mental mistakes he made when he was a rookie and when you see guys like Marshall who is actually friends with him throw him under the bus that should tell you something.
Not a fan of Cutler either, I didn't follow him much at all post Denver. He was such the hype when drafted, but clearly a bust.

Cutler is EASILY better than TS, and fans are only fooling themselves into thinking TS can be an elite starter in the league. Great guy, great locker room personality sure, but despite having a top 5 outside receiving corp, TS seldom took over games. Cutler would be a ballsy addition by Elway, and his history in Denver was pretty much never having an NFL quality defense while his history in Chicago was never having an NFL quality offensive line. His career is a big "what if?", but honestly I think he has two or three good years left, possibly an elite year in him if he can stay out of the tub. I'm the minority, but if Cutler somehow started week 1 for the Broncos, I would be happy. Not going to happen though.

    COK6. I like Vance Joseph.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.
