Yeah, I'm guessing Edebali is supposed to be Watson's replacement. Which begs the question - why didn't we just keep Watson in the first place? Though Edebali is making $1.25 million and Watson got $2 million a year from the 49ers, so there's a very minor savings there. I don't know. I liked Watson for what he was.
