    Here's the thing it's so easy to get caught up in dynamic personalities but if you look at the great coaches in history of the NFL Tom Landry, Bill Belichick people like that are often better than the big personalities like say a Pete Carrol. I like a lot of what I'm hearing from Vance . And I really like the staff that they assembled. At the end of the day it'll all play out on the field. I think Lynch and Shanahan are going to be a dynamic combination in San Francisco

    They have a long way to go, SF is still going to suck, but they haven't made any obvious mistakes so far, and that's the biggest factor. If you don't make obvious blunders and have a top 5 pick every year that gives you an advantage in getting better fast.

    As for the Broncos, it's good that the 49ers aren't in the Broncos division instead of the Chargers. Somebody has to suck and give the Broncos 2 wins a year. That team is supposed to be the Chargers since the Raiders have failed to suck for several years now.
