Stacey's boy, the one who drove the tractor in the pond the summer of '84. Walks with kind of a limp but that's from when he got the anvil dropped on his foot, nothing to do with the tractor thing. Anyway, he's the one who was gonna marry the Stewart girl until they found out she had been dating Dolly on the sly. A good guy from what I hear but I haven't seen him in like 4 or 5 years.

Can't picture Wade as a west coast black and silver dude. Nonetheless, Raiders making a good move to ask about sloppy seconds.

They just can't keep their mitts off our DCs. Allen, JDR, now Wade.

He'd have his work cut out for him with that crap secondary.

They haven't hired him yet. Wade will have multiple opportunities. The speculation has been that the Redskins would hire him. His son is an assistant coach there and Dan Snyder has no problem spending money on his team. He could easily make Wade the highest paid DC in the league.

And it's a significant chance for Wade to be involved with another championship run. The Redskins offense is in good shape, so if they can shore up their defense they would be a serious SB contender. Wade only has a couple of years left before he's going to want to retire. He's getting up there in age. He might like to go out working with his son and having a good chance to make a deep playoff run. The Raiders would provide that too, but his son doesn't work there. And the Redskins might offer him more money.

It's just insanely stupid that the new coach is going to let the best DC in the league walk to a division rival. How stupid is Elway? The guy wants to stay here and they're just running him out of town for no good reason.

ZERO chance this does not come back to bite them in the ass.
