    Default Rank the best quarterbacks

We need a thread to discuss the ins and outs of ranking all-time Quarterbacks.

Obviously Elway is number 1, so we are only debating who holds the 2-5 or 2-10 spots.

Here is a very poorly ranked list to start us off:

    http://ftw.usatoday.com/2016/12/grea...tas-goat-stats

    1. Tom Brady
    2. Joe Montana
    3. Peyton Manning
    4. Brett Favre
    5. Drew Brees
    6. John Elway
    7. Johnny Unitas
    8. Dan Marino
    9. Bart Starr
    10. Roger Staubach

Why is Elway both #1 and #6?

Should rank spread/run and shoot QB's separately.

Note my rank is better than all other lists, even those that mirror mine to a tee. It's because I'm me.

I don't know what that means. I think I do. But I'm not sure. What does it mean? Where is it from? What is the context of the statement? Who said it and whom, or what, was it directed to?
