Verlander Vs. Wood Tuesday is going to be epic.

Actually, Verlander vs. Hill but if I were Houston, I'd be tempted to hold off Verlander to a potential Game 7. The only problem is that both bullpens are spent so a 6 or 7 inning start would be a big lift. If they went with Morton and McCullers in Game 6 and led late, then they could bring in Verlander out of the pen for the kill shot. Or if the game was out-of-hand either way, they'd still have Verlander to intimidate them in Game 7.

Bottom line is the bats, baby. Whose got the bats.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.

Dave Roberts is over-thinking again. Hopefully it bites him in the ass again.

The only baseball I watch all year is the series. Loved the cubs last year. Hope Houston wins this series, that city needs some good.

I know people will say I don't what I'm talking about because his team is in game 7 of the WS but I really don't think Dave Roberts is that great of a manager.

He should have pulled Darvish earlier. I'd agree. I'd say he's average, on a day to day basis in the regular season he doesn't really hurt or help, but I think he's been detrimental in this series.

Sucks that game 7 was the most boring one...

    Happy for the Astros though.

This is by far the least I've watched of a World Series in a long time. Just had no interest in either team and the games are just too late. Yes, I'm a boring old man akin to Joe.

Better than all the gang bangers who all of the sudden love baseball when the Dodgers are doing well.

I was being facetious, because I'm seeing family members who never liked baseball with Astros everywhere. Anyway, I just think it's funny. But, you sir, are correct!

Justin Verlander skips the Astros victory parade. I guess I would too if the other option is honeymoooning with Kate Upton in Italy.

I'm trying to think of what activity I wouldn't ditch to honeymoon with Kate Upton in Italy.
