I've been a Halos fan for many years, but have lost my interest in baseball in the last 10 years or so. Most of my disinterest is due to life changing, but the way their front office has managed its players in the last decade has been a huge turn off. Signing Pujols and Josh Hamilton while letting Tori Hunter go pissed me off.

I still don't know what the deal was with Jerry Dipoto (former Rockies player) - it seemed like things got pretty toxic at the end of his tenure, which I don't know if that was him or ownership or what. The Hamilton thing couldn't have really gone any worse.

I'm not sure either. It appeared to me winning games wasn't their top priority any more.

That awkward moment when Chazoe realizes that at some point everyone started rooting for a team "a month ago."

That awkward moment when I realize that Chazoe might never realize that.

That awkward moment when an end occurs that is aw......

There is only one thing awkward here. Hint: it's the dodgers fan.

I thought it was the fact that Chazo botched the timeline...

    Go **** yourself, Hawg.

I see you identify with that Dodgers ethos. Carry on.

Damn, Cubs got Quintana. I'd fancied him coming here after seeing him throw the other night.

Me too. I was impressed with his use of the curveball even at Coors. He was not intimidated by the Coors myth.

I'll be surprised if Colorado makes a big move. Maybe a smaller move for bullpen help. Is Dahl going to be back in the outfield, I can't remember. That could change some things.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Everyone is enamoured with Aaron Judge, and rightfully so, but Bryce Harper is younger than him and just played in his 5th all star game. Mike Trout is less than a year older than Judge and if healthy would have just played in his 6th all star game and he has 2 MVPs to his name.

My point is not to belittle Judge in any way but to highlight just how amazing Trout and Harper really are.

    To add

Carlos Correa is 22 years old and has 60+ career home runs as a SS. Jose Altuve is only 27 and look what he's already accomplished. I really love how talented and young the game of baseball is right now.
