Default Carrie Fisher passed away at 60.

Carrie Fisher reportedly suffered a heart attack on a flight from London to Los Angeles on Friday.

According to TMZ, the “Star Wars” actress went into cardiac arrest about 15 minutes before the plane landed at LAX. An EMT who was seated in the rear of the plane then administered CPR. Paramedics rushed her to a nearby hospital upon arrival.

Two passengers who claim to have been seated in front of Fisher on the plane confirmed the report, with YouTube star and actress Anna Akana adding “she wasn’t breathing for 10 minutes or so.”

Sorry to hear this. My younger brother had a friend whose younger sibling died on Christmas eve while bicycling through the neighborhood. He had been hit by an off-duty police officer that was driving drunk. The child's Christmas gifts sat untouched under the tree for a week and they finally gave them away. That was the saddest Christmas I've ever experienced and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.

As to Ms. Fisher, if she was truly not breathing for 10 minutes, she's probably lost a lot of brain function. Being on an airplane is one of the worst places to have a major health episode - it's so cramped and breathing is already a bit difficult with that recycled air.

I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully these accounts came for people who were so overwhelmed by the stress of the situation that they just seemed like 10 minutes.
