I like Jarrad Davis ILB Florida. He flies to the ball, side line to side line speed, good blitzer. Would be good for out D. I also think we can wait on RB till the mid to late rounds. This RB class is deep. Fournette, Cook, Chubb, McCaffrey, Foreman, Freeman, and Perine are all guys that could be 3 down backs.

I would take a bigger back this time, Denver has enough McCaffrey types over the last few years. Maybe this is why Anderson stood out so soon to his fans, because he runs with a little more power than we're used to.

A backfield of D'Onta Foreman and Jalen Hurd would be killer.

    Draft
    1st round— Cooper Dejean CB
    2nd round— Jack Sawyer OLB
    3rd round— Will Shipley RB
    4th round— Ricky Pearsall WR
    5th round— Ladd McKonkey WR
    6th round— Cash Jones RB
    7th round— Carson Steele RB

Hurd is too cool to play running back, apparently.

McCaffery may slip due to size but he is quick and elusive. He has many homerun runs over 3 years.

I would take him and 3rs fiddle to cj and booker t
As 3rd down back and returner.

How many offensive linemen do you all think we should draft?

How many compensatory picks do we have? Shouldn't we be getting about 4 to 5 for all the starter we lost?

Four OL through FA/trade/draft...minimum, considering they have no future at any position along the line and it takes years to get them ready for the NFL.

Osweiler, Jacskon and Trevathon, about three comp picks I would think. Denver was careful not to sign players that would mitigate the comp picks.

From my understanding he doesn't want to play in the system they run too, he's apparently under the impression that Fag Jones lied to him about the kind of offense they'd be running. RB will be where he plays most but FB/H-Back/TE also seems logical. A Charles Clay type who can be motioned into FB on run plays is what I'm thinking.

Keep in mind that only 32 compensatory picks are given out each year to be divided up among all of the teams. So it’s not just a matter of how many we lost, but how many other teams lost as well. In theory, a team could lose the exact same number of starter 2 years in a row, but be given a different number of pick each of those years. I don’t know if the formula for dividing them out is simple enough that we fans can figure out how many each team will or will not get on our own.

Fair enough, I'm just hoping it's at least 3 of them, we lost some pretty good startersI who are starting for there new teams. If we can come out the draft with 10 picks then 3 of them should be offensive linemen. People say they take a while to develop but I think depending on who it is coud come in and be a upgrade over what we have UNLESS ours are the youngins taking a while to develop and will blossom in most of thm 3rd year's.

Its being projected that we have thse picks:

1,2,3(oz),3(the guy who went to the jags, mr 15 yrd penalty),3rd, 4(trev),4, 5,6,6(trade),7,7

    So
1,2,3,3,3,4,4,5,6,6,7,7- I think its 1-6th rd actually not two, but whatever
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

That would be awesomeness! Plenty picks.

Yep tons of picks and ammo and since we can trade comp picks we will be able to wheel and deal our way to another stellar draft like last year.
