Tonight I whipped up a cheeseburger pizza.

Pizza crust of choice (I just used a cheap mix and it did the trick)
    1/2 Ketchup
    2 tbs mustard
    1 cup cheddar
    1 cup mozzarella

For the hamburger I cooked it with onions and worchire sauce.

    It was rather tasty.

Pardon my take but I feel you need to eat more vegetables.

It had 2 veggies (tomato from ketchup and diced onions)
It had grain from the crust
it had dairy from the cheeses
Then there was beef and bacon.

It had several major food groups in there, it was a well balanced meal

Tomatoes are fruit, not vegetables. Don't ask me why, they just are.

For tonight, we had street tacos.

I took a pork roast, slow cooked it in a crock pot with a can of salsa verde, a can of jalapeno salsa, a bunch of cilantro and some chili pepper and cumin. (I don't have exact measurements for any of it.

Once it had cooked sufficiently, I shredded the pork, and charred it a bit in a skillet before adding it back to the juices in the crock pot. I then sauteed a whole onion and two green peppers and served it on little street taco shells we picked up at Walmart.

It was really an amazing meal!
