Key to the game: Don't give up an opening drive touchdown on defense.
Do this and everything will be just fine.

I have the next 2 days off work and will be watching from the North end zone! Hope to see Brock running for cover most of the night.
GO BRONCOS!

With all the talk of the D wanting to vent its frustration on (and with) Oz, I can't help wondering how much Kubiak, Wade and Dennison want to vent theirs on/with McNairs Texans. This may be unprecedented in nearly a century of NFL history: An entire coaching STAFF facing off against an entire ROSTER they largely built. Of the 31 Texans who've started multiple games this year, 13 played at least part of their career under Kubiak and either Wade or Dennison. That includes the starting QB and both OTs (while it may be uncertain whether Chris Clark or Derek Newton starts at RT, that statement remains true either way since Kubiak and Dennison coached BOTH, as well as Duane Brown from the time they drafted him #26 overall until two seasons ago.)
The only teams roster, strengths and weaknesses our coaches know better than Houstons are (maybe) Denvers.
Not saying we'll blow them out, nor even necessarily win, but I'd rather be in their shoes than ours. Their offensive line's (far) better (Kubiak's not allowed to spend 1st round picks on blockers anymore) but I think (hope) that's offset by our more solid D and Oz/Miller being less capable of taking advantage of good blocking than Siemian/CJ/Booker are. Plus, when it's 3rd and long Oz will be keenly aware he's not the home QB anymore.
Oh, valid point. I thought you meant all starters, you should take the time to be more descriptive, don't be shy. —Jaded

This game made me much less nervous before the two straight losses ...
For all the talk of beating up Osweiler (and I hope that happens regardless), the real match up issue will be our struggling offense against their number two pass defense. Gotta make something happen out there.
If we're truly contenders this year, this is a game we have to win.
Honestly it has been fun dominating but it is TOUGH to win the Super Bowl every year.
Seriously though, having a little competition in the division was always fun. I can even see San Diego making a push with that offense they run so next week game is going to be a vital win for us in so many ways.
Happy Gameday Broncos fans.
From the looks of the downtown area, Texans fans look like they might be fairly well represented at the game tonight. Surprised.
what time does the game start?
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
