I can't shake the nagging feeling that our long history (continued under Kubiak last year) of playing up to the level of good competition but down to the level of bad competition makes this the week our win streak comes to a stunning end. Then again, we tend to win when I'm worried (and yes, I realize that my tendency to worry combined with our tendency to win makes that almost inevitable.)
It's easy to see how a team might fail to get up for the Bucs though: If they were the Glazer Familys OTHER team they'd have been relegated a decade ago.

This should be our easiest game yet ... which of course makes me worried.
Winston has never seen a defense like us. On the flip side, their defense isn't very good. Let's take care of business today, boys!

We need to control the ball and the clock on offense in order to help keep our defense from getting tired out in the heat and humidity.
The O-line and CJ will have to carry a big part of the load and keep the chains moving.
If we can avoid getting tired out on defense, it should be a win. But we aren't just battling the other team, we're battling the heat as well.
On the plus side, we have played 3 "hot" games in a row, so we have that going for us.

I hope so. I have this eerie feeling this game will be a shootout for some reason. That said, I would still absolutely bench him. As I type this, I actually feel more like we are going to bring an onslaught upon the bucs and bring in Lynch in the 3rd to get some reps.
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
