I know that Best Buy very well. They're the ones that removed the virus on my now defunct Windoze box and fried the memory stick while removing the virus.
Then they fried my power supply while diagnosing/fixing the fried memory stick issue.
All of which I had to pay for since they didn't accept responsibility.
Fortunately I had the income to pay for all of that back then. Then 2008 destroyed my career in mortgage underwriting.
Still avoid contributing to Best Buy's bottom line like the plague 10 years later.
