Default Costa Rica - ever been?

Hey everyone, heading to Costa Rica on the 29th, does anyone have any places they recommend seeing? I was told La Fortuna is a must see, also heard avoid San Jose if you can.

Only thing I'm worried about is.. I'm deathly afraid of snakes. So I most likely will be avoiding rain forests if I can.. did anyone find that they were everywhere? Lol thanks!

yOU HAve to have a passport, being that you are Canadaian I am sure you will haveone.

Its a cool place. The Zip line is cool but its in the rain forest, so I guess there may be snakes....???Never seen one, but I am not bothered by them either so I dont care. It can be a little rough outside of the tourists places. Watch yourself and youlll be fine. They are more talk than anything anyway. Watch out for sand fleas. Those lil ******** make you itchy and you cant see them.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, definitely got a passport. I've heard a lot about the zip lines, might be worth doing. I have a friend who lives there, so I'm hoping she knows where to go and where not to go haha.

I went there a long time ago, but spent most of the time on a mini-cruise. We stopped at several places which were all cool, but I can't remember exactly where. I had a great time. It's beautiful there. The landing is something else - the approach is a bit scary as it's between two mountains, but absolutely a gorgeous view.

This thread REALLY needs to be in the lounge for a proper response to this.

UR drove four hours to be a peeping Tom. Not that that is surprising.
