Man, how big of a bust do you have to be to get picked in the 3rd round as a QB and get cut the next year?

It makes sense that the Broncos would be interested in Grayson. I believe he would be a good fit in Head Coach Gary Kubiak's offense, and this is more than likely quarterback Peyton Manning's final year in the NFL. Also, General Manager John Elway always does his due diligence on the quarterback class in the upcoming draft class.

However, Pauline dropped a bomb at the end of his report that may upset some Broncos fans. If the Broncos draft Garrett Grayson, it could spell the end of quarterback Brock Osweiler's tenure in Denver.

"The team that seems to be highest on Grayson is the hometown Denver Broncos. The feeling is Grayson is the most capable of running the system that Gary Kubiak will employ in Denver; a system similar to the one Grayson ran at Colorado State. He also has the arm strength necessary to get the ball through the cutting winds that often blow through the Mile High City. There’s also a strong belief Brock Osweiler, who’s in the final year of his rookie contract, won’t be with Denver after this season."

broncos were high on him going into draft.

Downright awful. That's almost unheard of.

Even Tebow at least fetched something in a trade. I really can't remember a QB drafted that highly ever being straight up cut after two years.

I'm sure it's happened, but it's obviously not a good sign for his pro career.

Be kind. His favorite quarterback is playing instructional league baseball.

We have reached our team quota for both CSU alum and middling college QBs, sorry Garrett.

Does he have a better eye for talent than Elway?
