The only healthy quarterbacks on the team’s roster are Shaun Hill and Joel Stave. Stave wasn’t expected to make the team before the injury. Taylor Heinicke is on the PUP list with a severed tendon he suffered in the off season.

We finally have some word on what happened to Minnesota Vikings' quarterback Teddy Bridgewater. . .and it's just as bad as everyone has thought.
Head coach Mike Zimmer just confirmed that Bridgewater has suffered a "significant" knee injury. Zimmer said that the team has not gotten all the details at this time, and the extent of the injury is unknown. Zimmer said that he would let people know either this evening or tomorrow. At the present time, just after 4:00 PM Central, Bridgewater is still undergoing tests at the hospital.
When asked if he thought there was any chance that Bridgewater would play this season, Zimmer simply said that "it doesn't look good right now."
Bridgewater suffered the injury. . .a non-contact injury. . .in practice on Tuesday at Winter Park, the team's last practice before the preseason finale against the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday. According to reports, Bridgewater took a snap, went a step or two back into his drop, and went to the ground without being touched, clutching his left knee and screaming in pain.

This really sucks. I really like Bridgewater, and if I had to choose a 2nd team, it'd be the Vikings.
