Holy crap - NTL, isn't that what happened to your knee?
apparently he had to be sedated for the MRI
I read that Vikings players were barfing and shit after it happened.
Bridgewater seems like a classy guy so this is a bummer.
Bridgewater is a good guy, sucks when these things happen. And at practice of all things. Rather this bad luck happen to a non good guy like brady.
rest - http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...-knee-torn-aclMinnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater suffered a dislocated knee and torn ACL at practice Tuesday, the team announced in a release.
"After undergoing an MRI, it was determined that Teddy suffered a complete tear to his ACL and other structural damage," the statement read. "Fortunately, there appears to be no nerve or arterial damage. Surgical repair will be scheduled within the next few days.
"Although the recovery time will be significant, we expect Teddy to make a full recovery. I would like to thank all of the medical professionals and our athletic training staff for all of their help today. Teddy has already displayed the attitude needed to overcome this injury and attack his rehab."

THIS ONES FOR JOHNWOULD YOU RATHER WIN UGLY, OR LOSE PRETTY?
Based on the reports, he seems pretty lucky that there was no nerve or artery damage. Could have been a career-ender.
His career is probably over. When the kneecap goes and it tears the ligament they can never recover fully. The same thing happened to Palmer. Everyone just remembers the 'acl tear' part of the injury, but it actually tore his ACL, MCL, and PCL. Bridgewater's mobility is probably never going to be the same. He will probably have to relearn his mechanics, too.
Too bad for Teddy, he seemed to be improving a lot during this preseason.
