Why does it take anger to call you pretentious? You are usually pretentious aren't you?

A pitcher? That seems completely counterintuitive to me.

Tim Tebow has already proved his haters wrong about his stint in baseball

    http://ftw.usatoday.com/2017/07/new-...g-haters-wrong

Tim Tebow, the former NFL quarterback who hadn’t played organized baseball since high school, is currently a .300 hitter in his current stint in the minors.

Let that sink in for a second.

With the St. Lucie Mets, he’s now hitting .317 in 25 games with four home runs, 15 RBI and a .947 OPS. Here he is hitting his most recent dinger over the weekend:

Good for Tim. Maybe now the people that think he's a good QB can go waste their time on baseball forums.

Nope. You're a surprisingly good guy when you're not trying to convince everyone we would've won 13 Super Bowls, 3 World Series pennants, Daytona, and the Royal Rumble if only we'd given Timmy can't throw another chance.

*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

You read the GM's comments I'm sure? Sure seems to me like they are trying to fast track him to the bigs. Regardless of what you think the motivations behind that are, it seems more and more likely at this point.

I guess this means that Tebow will be playing in the Cactus League next month, with his home games being at Tempe Diablo Stadium (#9 on the map). Are you going to see if you can come down to watch him?

I agree with you that this forum is in the dead part of the season, when we've discussed every rumor that the media has generated, most of which has been completely baseless. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I've opened less then half of all the new threads that have been started since the SB. So I'd rather watch a video that you post of Tebow hitting a HR during a charity softball game then open another thread speculating about whose going to be our QB next season
